Current status
The overview and all 31 active studies have received the full quality-audit and revision pass requested on 2026-09-05. This replaces the former 24-study organization, not merely its formatting.
| Check | Result |
|---|---|
| Chapter coverage | All 48 chapters, once each in the active study sequence |
| Embedded Scripture | All 1,265 verse entries in the selected Brenton source reproduced exactly; no missing, extra, or duplicate entries |
| Source numbering gaps | Eight gaps preserved and not filled from another translation |
| Structure and quality-contract validators | 62 successful checks across 31 studies |
| Frontmatter and footnotes | YAML parsed; no undefined footnote references |
| Substantive review | Passage interpretation, hard texts, Christological connections, and spiritual fruit reviewed; independent findings addressed |
| Citations | Public source links checked; unsupported attribution and generic patristic claims corrected or removed |
| Coptic reception | Specific Pascha, water-blessing, and commemorative evidence used; false universal absence claims removed |
| Downstream outputs | Audio generated, linked, and fully verified for all 31 sessions; Docs, PDFs, and slides remain outstanding |
The mechanical checks verify source and structure, not theological excellence by themselves. The detailed audit records the substantive review and the limits of textual, historical, and typological claims.
Audio production
- The twelve-role Grok cast was approved and locked by George on 2026-09-08.
- All 31 sessions were generated through the
xai-oauth
subscription route from the revised 31-session Markdown sources. - Each session has a mixed MP3, narration-only MP3, and TTS metadata JSON in
audio/
and is linked from its study frontmatter. - The Sessions 1-3 repair reused 169 of 190 speech fragments and synthesized only 21 fragments whose voice or clause boundary changed. The corrected files differ from the prior published versions and remained byte-identical through the final six-session assembly pass.
- Sessions 24-31 completed after subscription access recovered. Ezekiel 37 was re-narrated with manually selected, restrained dramatic emphasis on its strongest commentary and Scripture phrases. Sessions 30-31 use the same policy. Performance tags affect delivery only and strip back to the exact canonical Brenton wording.
- All 31 sessions passed stream, hash, duration, speaker-ledger, staging-cleanliness, preservation, silence, and full-session STT checks. The revised Ezekiel 37 scored
0.990468
; the final Session 31 scored0.944367
, above the0.94
acceptance threshold. - Machine-readable report: Ezekiel Sessions 1-31 Audio Verification - 2026-09-13.
- The detailed production records, including generation status, the sanitized quota-limit record, reviewed ledgers, segment manifests, full-session STT transcripts, and supporting-character fragment verification, are retained in the internal Audio Production folder.
